Charles invites a medium, Madame Arcati, to his home for a séance. The séance goes awry, and the spirit of his deceased first wife, Elvira, appears, invisible to everyone but Charles. Elvira's  jealousy and desire to win Charles back lead to a supernatural love  triangle with his current wife, Ruth, and a battle for his affections.

Eliza Doolittle is a young flower seller with an unmistakable Cockney accent which keeps her in the lower rungs of Edwardian society. When Professor Henry Higgins tries to teach her how to speak like a proper lady, an unlikely friendship begins to flourish.

Dr. Henry Jekyll's experiment to cure mental illness by separating good from evil results in the creation of the evil Mr. Hyde, who terrorizes London while Jekyll's fiancée Emma and a prostitute named Lucy are caught in the crossfire.
